Once you submit your request for proposal, you will be contacted within 24 hours.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM-5 PM Mountain Time.

Competitive bids from the Davis Conference Center, the Legacy Events Center, and area hotels will be compiled and delivered to you in an easy-to-read packet. Bids are personalized for your meeting and will be delivered to you by your deadline.

The Davis Area CVB can assist with all of the arrangements with your meeting: ground transportation, entertainment, off site venues, tours, speakers, decor, caterers, entertainers, local publicity, etc.
